HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I LOSE PER WEEK?
Be realistic about your goals. You can lose up to 2 lbs/week. For instance, as a general rule if you’d like to lose 15lbs, you need a minimum for 2 months to do so. Remember, although 2 lbs sounds like a little, it takes your FULL commitment. It is not an easy process and it requires your determination and no excuses. Make sure you are committed!
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SESSIONS?
If you want to pay as you go, your cost is 85 per session. If you'd like to pay in advance, you must pay for 5 sessions in advance and your sessions will cost you 80/session instead. Keep in mind that your total session is 45 minutes long. That includes a warm up and cool down, but with our facility this is more than enough time to get an intense, effective workout in.
WHERE IS YOUR GYM LOCATED?
I train from our brand new fitness studio in Yorkville. The address is 215 Davenport Road. The main intersection is Avenue and Davenport.
Please arrive on time! If you are late for a session, it will be deducted from your training time. If I begin your session late, you will not lose that time. Your scheduled time is the time your session begins, so make sure you are dressed and ready to train for your scheduled time.
WHAT SHOULD I EAT OR DRINK PRIOR TO COMING IN FOR MY FIRST SESSION?
Please eat a balanced meal prior to coming to your session. This consists of some carbs and protein such as some sweet potatoes and chicken. You need to have energy for the workout. Please also arrive hydrated. Please bring water with you.

I will be taking videos and/or photos while you are training, UNLESS you specify that you are not comfortable doing so. I will never push this on you, but when you are doing an amazing job, I want to share that and inspire others. Think about the women who will look up to you!
You must provide 24 hour notice if you would like to change your session. If you do not provide 24 hour notice you will be charged the full amount. Time and spaces are limited, and it is your responsibility to show up. If you feel tired, sore or exhausted you should still do your best to show up!
